What does a Breathwork session look like?

Each session with a Breath-worker involves a consultation and an hour to 3 hours of connected breathing depending on how deep you want to dive into your self-exploration and as directed by your breathwork practitioner. Underwater Breathwork sessions available for experienced breathers.

Breathwork is a specific body-mind meditation in practicing mindfulness within
oneself. Breathwork utilizes conscious, connected breathing, this is
diaphragmatic breathing or circular breathing.

The individual is actively involved and must initiate the conscious breathing process for themselves.

In the dialogue portion your Breath-worker will discuss with you where you are in your life now and how they can best support you. Your Breath-worker will collect information from you with the goal of supporting you in resolving current issues and changing undesirable patterns.

An intention will be set prior to each breathe integrating a combination of the 5 senses.
